1. How do I know my shoe size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide to find the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up. If you have any specific questions, our customer service team is happy to assist!
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lancevinakeifala@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order has shipped.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are subject to a processing period of 2-4 business days prior to shipment
